Diversity is a barometer for growth, healthiness, and creativity in an organization. Diverse organizations are more prone to growth, high flight and are competitively advantageous. Diversity, on the other hand creates many fault lines that can create divisions, sub-divisions and a clustered organization with extreme socio-cultural challenges which slows down growth in case of poor inclusion planning.
Taking advantage of diverse people at work needs alignment of many factors at organizational level including culture, mindset, conscious & unconscious bias, advocacies, sensitivities, stereotyping, equity, gender empowerment, encouragement of PWDs etc. All these challenges are the core of this training module.
