Message from the CEO

At Fintellect Training, we believe that real learning happens when people experience, reflect, and apply—not when they simply listen.

I founded Fintellect with a clear purpose: to transform corporate learning from passive instruction into meaningful, experiential, and results-driven development. In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, organizations need professionals who can think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in complex situations. Our role is to help build those capabilities.

At Fintellect, we specialize in custom-designed simulation board games, experiential learning programs, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops that bring business concepts to life. Our training solutions are grounded in robust instructional design, the Visual–Auditory–Kinesthetic–Tactile (VAKT) learning methodology, and proven experiential learning principles—ensuring engagement across diverse learning styles and measurable learning outcomes.

Our core areas of expertise include Finance, Design Thinking, Project Management, Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion, and Sustainability. Each program is carefully tailored to align with organizational objectives, industry context, and participant needs, enabling learning that is practical, immersive, and immediately applicable at the workplace.
Over the years, it has been my privilege to work with and deliver programs for leading global and regional organizations including Saudi Aramco, Intel, British American Tobacco, RTA, International Cricket Council (ICC), DEWA, Etisalat, Du, Mubadala, Dubai Trade, DUBAL, Al Bayader, Falcon Pack, and Dubai Ports, among many others. I have also had the opportunity to collaborate with and be part of panels alongside some of the region’s most respected training organizations.
